  2. Great list Lindsay! I just wish I had more time to read... Blood Red Road, The Book of Trees, This Dark Endeavour, Way to Go, and several others on this list are all in the massive teetering stack beside my bed. And you've got some new ones on here that I now need to add :)

  3. Great list -- but I've just realized you're missing this year's TD Children's Literature Award winner, Erin Bow (Plain Kate) and her husband James Bow (The Unwritten Girl, Fathom Five, The Young City). So there you have it!

  4. You've got a wonderful List, here! I recently compiled a list of Manitoba Writers for the Symposium of Manitoba Writing celebrating the 30th anniversary of the Manitoba Writers' Guild and put it on my blog. It's wonderful to see so many of them represented on your list, too. I just wish I had more time to read them all! :)
